Role scope

The Market Hive is a diverse team of experts in different marketing domains providing Marketing Services to our M+C teams across the EMEA. This is a place where you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and advance your career in marketing. We offer a unique combination of collaborating face-2-face and virtually, testing new ideas and learning, blending global frameworks and local relevance.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation of unique experiences that resonate with our target audiences in local markets across the EMEA region.

  • Support the development, transcreation and alignment of content and assets across the marketing mix incl. social, videos, client mailers etc. to increase relevance and impact.

  • Work on assigned sub-tasks autonomously and independently, partnering with others in a hybrid work model.

  • Help with evaluation of performance insights, contributing to continuous improvement and learning.   


Basic qualifications/skills requirement

  • Degree in relevant field and strong interest in B2B marketing

  • First experience working in Marketing department or full-service agency.

  • Well organized and comfortable handling conflicting priorities

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Proactive with a can-do attitude
