Senior Project Manager - Wholesale Banking / Credit Risk
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery within the Wholesale Banking and Credit Risk domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving execution across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall delivery of complex projects or programs to meet defined business outcomes.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of project deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including business, technology, and external partners.
Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive resolution.
Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and governance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
Proven experience managing projects related to Wholesale Banking, Credit Risk, or Financial Transformation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
