Recruiting Senior Analyst
We are looking for a Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline. This role involves partnering with the recruiting team and business stakeholders to identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and brings hands-on recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Work closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align on hiring plans.
Execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals to attract top talent.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and process coordination.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and status tracking in the applicant tracking system.
Partner with internal teams including HR, Onboarding, and Shared Services to ensure process compliance and smooth candidate transitions.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns as needed.
Stay informed of market trends, competitor intelligence, and in-demand skills to better engage candidates.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or complex hiring environment.
Strong sourcing and screening capabilities, with proven experience using major job platforms and Boolean searches.
Confident in managing stakeholders independently and able to provide timely updates and recommendations.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes, employment practices, and candidate management.
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and evolving environment.
