Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience 5+ years with CRM.
Strong expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
Proficiency in CRM customization, configuration, and development.
Experience leading a team of developers and providing technical leadership.
Solid understanding of CRM system integration and data migration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer) are a plus.
