Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of CRM developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM system requirements.
- Design and develop CRM solutions using industry best practices and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Customize CRM systems to meet specific business needs, including creating custom workflows, entities, and reports.
- Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise applications and databases.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are maintained.
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues and provide technical support.
- Keep abreast of CRM industry trends and updates.
- Document system architecture, configurations, and changes.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience 5+ years with CRM.
Strong expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
Proficiency in CRM customization, configuration, and development.
Experience leading a team of developers and providing technical leadership.
Solid understanding of CRM system integration and data migration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer) are a plus.
