Client selected Accenture to implement an integrated marketing platform to centralize and govern marketing communication across 15 markets in APAC&EMEA. We're helping our FS Client to enhance bank’s marketing capabilities with always-on, multi-step, multi-touch point journeys and hyper-personalized communication.
Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage and lead team to implement SAP SuccessFactors, Compensation module.
Gather business requirements and define functional specification with stakeholders, design process, configuration and testing, data conversion.
Responsible for system cutsmoization and all change requests.
Monitor delivery performance and quality, include system testing.
Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder’s commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher degree in relevant fields.
Minimum 10 years' experience in IT project implementation with at least 5 years in SAP projects (end-to-end) implementation.
Obtain work experiences in HRMS SuccessFactors in the area assigned at least 3 years.
Possess strong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementation. Other complex ERP such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics are welcome as well.
Possess strong business and consulting acumen.
Posses strong stakeholder management (all levels including C-level) with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
