Job Description:

  • Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective digital solutions.
  • Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions via the range of leading digital methodologies and/or solutions that drive business value.
  • Drive discussions and provide consultation around digital transformation, the customer digital journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements
  • Confer with customer to capture user requirements, conduct user reviews and run stakeholder agreement meetings
  • Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer digital journey and digital transformation
  • Provide implementation of design services through a range of digital methodologies
  • Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology/business requirements
  • Support user requirements capture and translation of requirements into business and digitally enabled solutions
  • Support the delivery of quality functional/application digital designs
  • Support development and implementation of quality business digital solutions for the client

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Experience in sales engineering, consulting or product management for organizations that deliver ecommerce solutions
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment · Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
