Lead overall solution and deliverability
Work with clients counterpart in confirming and negotiating solutions
Manage various stakeholders including client's development team, solution architect team, solution committees, security and risk team, project sponsors, etc.
Find the best solution among available options to solve and deliver business requirements
Provide solution guidelines, ensure performance, resiliency, scalability and compliance with security guidelines and requirements from the client
Deep knowledge in IT Solutions and Infrastructure including: Microservice architecture, Cloud components, Various techniques and solution patters like sync vs async
Experience / Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Higher’ s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or any related.
5 years of service delivery leadership and/or sales experience in selling to a client, either in a focused sales job or as part of a delivery job
Experience in at least one area of outsourcing – application outsourcing, infrastructure outsourcing, or business process outsourcing
Solution architecture or solution configuration skills
Service mobilization and transition experience
Service delivery experience
Client Relationship Management skills
Value Proposition skills
Proposal development skills
Win Strategy Development skills
Pricing Strategy skills
Deal shaping skills
Sales Pursuit Management skills
