Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the system or application environment. This role focuses on maintaining seamless operations by attentively addressing client concerns and ensuring system stability. The practitioner dedicates time to understanding client issues thoroughly, communicating effectively with various stakeholders, and facilitating timely resolutions. The position requires a commitment to quality and continuous monitoring of systems to uphold high standards of service and reliability throughout daily interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application performance and client satisfaction.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system architecture and command-line tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system and application issues in a Linux environment.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
- Ability to manage user permissions, security settings, and system updates effectively.
- Understanding of networking concepts and their application within Linux systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
