[IT One] SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Internship)
About the Role
As an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant Intern at IT One, you will help design and deliver HR technology solutions that improve business processes and employee experiences. You will build expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central while collaborating with stakeholders, solving business problems, and contributing to projects from requirements through implementation and adoption.
This role offers opportunities to strengthen your functional consulting capabilities, deepen your HR technology knowledge, and grow through hands-on delivery in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify project scope and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central capabilities.
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications to support solution design and delivery.
- Develop and support proofs of concept, effort estimates, and conceptual solution designs.
- Coordinate solution implementation activities to enable smooth and effective transitions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to resolve issues, communicate requirements, and support successful outcomes.
- Support change and adoption activities that enable continuous improvement and effective use of implemented solutions.
- Apply growing functional and industry knowledge to strengthen project delivery and solution quality.
Required Qualifications
- Studying bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into structured solution requirements.
- Effective stakeholder communication skills and the ability to collaborate across project teams.
- Ability to support project coordination, implementation, and problem-solving activities.
- Strong interest in developing expertise in HR technology and SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Beginner proficiency or foundational knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Beginner proficiency in business process analysis.
- Intermediate proficiency in stakeholder communication.
- Beginner proficiency in data analysis.
- Intermediate proficiency in project coordination.
- Beginner proficiency in documentation and reporting.
- Previous exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, HR technology, HR transformation, or related functional consulting work is advantageous.
