About the Role

As a SAP Datasphere Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance data and analytics solutions that support business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, contribute to critical business decisions, and build expertise in modern SAP data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business solutions using SAP Datasphere and SAP BTP Datasphere to address client and business requirements.
Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and application design specifications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project members to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support the design, integration, and optimization of data models, data flows, and reporting solutions.
• Evaluate existing solutions and recommend enhancements to improve performance, scalability, and business value.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving solution-related issues while maintaining high service quality.
Contribute to project documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support team development by sharing best practices and promoting innovative approaches to problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Expert proficiency in SAP Datasphere.
Expert proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP data and analytics, data warehousing, or related areas.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex business challenges.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, or other SAP data platforms.
Advanced problem-solving capabilities.
Intermediate data analysis skills.
Advanced communication and presentation skills.
Intermediate project coordination experience.
Basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
