Create and deliver detailed functional and application designs to support evolving business needs. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both current and future requirements. Analyze and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Support continuous improvement initiatives by mapping and assessing process workflows. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Expert proficiency in Business Process Design. Intermediate proficiency in Process Design Mapping and Analysis. A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools. Advanced proficiency in Change Management. Advanced proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement. Intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis. Beginner proficiency in Strategic Planning.
