SAP Technical Lead
About the Role
Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lead Manager to lead the technical delivery and governance of enterprise SAP transformation programs.
This role will provide end-to-end technical leadership across development, integration, platform architecture, security, infrastructure, and analytics while ensuring adherence to SAP Clean Core principles and cloud best practices.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence, manage complex SAP landscapes, and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the overall SAP Technical Lead and primary technical contact for stakeholders, delivery teams, and support functions.
- Lead technical governance across SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, SAP CPI, SAP Basis, Security & Authorization, and SAP analytics platforms.
- Define and enforce SAP Clean Core standards, development guidelines, and architecture best practices.
- Oversee SAP BTP platform strategy, extension architectures, and cloud-native solution design.
- Manage technical risks, issue resolution, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional team coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of SAP technical experience, including leadership responsibility for large-scale SAP programs.
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP development or SAP Basis within SAP S/4HANA environments (SAP RISE)
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Clean Core architecture principles.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
- Solid understanding of SAP Basis administration, landscape management, and technical operations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
