Responsibilities: As a Service Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating projects through contract management and shared service coordination, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Intermediate proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management is required. Beginner proficiency in Problem Management is recommended. Take ownership of specific areas within service delivery to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes. Support colleagues by sharing expertise and providing guidance on complex service management issues. Analyze recurring challenges and contribute to the development of effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service processes and improve overall efficiency. Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery standards and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance metrics. - Ability to analyze system performance and recommend improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
