As Business Analyst, you'll join our Perth consulting team, working with leading organisations across Rail, Mining and asset‑intensive industries. You’ll partner with clients to shape business problems, define future‑state solutions, and deliver value‑driven outcomes across complex transformation programs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading business analysis activities across consulting engagements

  • Analysing current‑state processes and defining future‑state operating models

  • Translating business needs into clear requirements and solution options

  • Working closely with stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams

  • Supporting transformational change and solution adoption

Here's what you'll bring

  • Experience in asset‑intensive environments (Rail, Mining, Fixed Plant or Integrated Operations)

  • Consulting or project‑based delivery background

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills

  • A clear focus on business value and outcomes

  • Advanced PowerPoint (or similar) presentation skills



Bonus points if you have

  • Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools.

  • Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design.

  • Advanced proficiency in Change Management.

  • Advanced proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement.

  • Expert proficiency in Data Analysis.
