Oracle Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to work on a high-impact ERP integration initiative for a leading hospitality client. In this role, you will drive end-to-end integration delivery between Oracle Fusion (AR, GL), Opera Property Management System, and Oracle ARCS (Oracle EPM), collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration delivery between Oracle Fusion (AR, GL), Opera PMS, and Oracle ARCS to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
- Ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for growth through up-selling or cross-selling.
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary advisor in ERP integration and Oracle Financials for the business area.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align delivery strategies with business objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
- Continuously assess and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and capabilities in service delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage diverse expertise, drive innovation, and implement best practices in service delivery.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Contribute to business area goals and support organizational-level decisions.
Required Skills & Proficiencies
- Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management (required).
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials — AR and GL modules (required).
- Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning (recommended).
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle ARCS / Oracle EPM (recommended).
- Advanced proficiency in Business Operation Management and Work Management (suggested).
- Strong background in ERP integration delivery, with exposure to Opera PMS in a hospitality environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and advisory skills.
- Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or systems integration programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of total experience with 5+ years in ERP delivery, systems integration, or technology consulting.
- Demonstrated experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials (AR, GL) and Oracle EPM/ARCS projects.
- Experience with Opera PMS integrations within a hospitality environment is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or with hospitality technology ecosystems is an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
- Oracle Fusion certification (Financials or Integration) is a plus.
