Business Analyst/Application Designer

Job Description: As a Business Analyst/Application Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution as client advisory and counterpart on a daily basis. Additionally, you will be co-creating technical solution with developers/engineers to realize working prototype before enhancing more functionalities and features in each incremental iteration. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs. Design and implement business processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity. Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs. Co-create technical solution with developer/engineer to create working prototype as well as documenting specification and related artifacts What is required: Fundamentals proficiency in business process design and requirement analysis Fundamentals proficiency in SDLC Problem solving and critical thinking mindset Team player with goal oriented attitude Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving environment/culture What is nice to have: Agile implementation methodology and processes Business model strategy experience Banking industry background or banking transformation experience Technical design and documentation
