Business Analyst (Data & Risk)

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching and gathering information, and synthesizing customer requirements. You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design is required. Business Process Analysis Tools, Requirements Analysis, and Business Model Strategy are recommended skills with intermediate proficiency. 

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
