Job Description

Accenture is a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations.  

About the Role:

As a Consulting Manager within Accenture's Strategy & Consulting, you will be a key leader in helping clients navigate the complex and evolving landscape of digital risk and compliance. You will work closely with CROs and other senior executives to develop and implement strategies that mitigate risk, enhance compliance, and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage complex technology consulting projects related to digital risk and compliance, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget and timeline.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing thought leadership on digital risk and compliance issues.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of Accenture's Digital Risk and Compliance practice.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital risk and compliance, contributing to Accenture's thought leadership in this area.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, technology, or engineering.

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology consulting or a related field, with a focus on project management.

  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, execution, and monitoring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. A deep understanding of digital risk and compliance issues.

  • Plus: Experience with risk-related projects or initiatives is a significant advantage.
