Responsibilities:
Provide strategic project management oversight for finance transformation initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall, to effectively manage project scope, resources, and timelines.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
Monitor and report on project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
Facilitate collaboration and alignment among project stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are engaged and committed to project success.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a strategic PMO or project manager, with a track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to adapt to different project contexts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively.
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, effectively balancing competing priorities and ensuring alignment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively communicate project status and progress.
