  • Having an ability to analyze as is and provide to be business process based on the standard functionality of SuccessFactors.
  • Able to analyze gap and provide configure of the system, interface, and report with mature judgment to ensure that user requirements are addressed
  • Perform relevant testing to ensure that the system work as expected. Lead the SIT and assist client in completing the UAT
  • Provide the system cut over and data migration to ensure that the system can go live successfully.
  • Ensure that project deliverables and documentation are aligned with project standards and client requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and effectively demonstrate ability to work with teams
  • Having a growth mindset which support new approaches and ideas for a better workplace

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in HCM project implementation
  • SuccessFactors Certified is preferable
