Job Description

THE WORK: Are you ready to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform? Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Join us in a role where your Solution Architecture expertise will shine bright!

Architect solutions for a specific service or tower to optimize cost-to-serve and deliver value.
Design a solution approach encompassing a solution plan, cost estimates, staffing plan, delivery location strategy, and roadmap.
Facilitate a smooth transition of solutions through mobilization and stabilization phases.

Qualifications

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields 

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting SAP HCM and SuccessFactors for large-scale organizations.

  • Experience in Time Sheet or Time Management is a plus

  • Implementation experience is required

  • Possess a strong knowledge and experience in SAP configuration.

  • Know the integration points and 'tie-ins' with other modules

  • Have developed very good interpersonal communication and user support management skills.

  • Possess strong analytical, incident resolution and problem-solving skills

  • Good Communication in English
