Acts as an escalation point for L2 to assist in incident response Security incidents Threats Incident hunter owner not waiting for escalated incidents closely involved in tuning and implementing threat detection including automations Acts as subject matter advisor on security engineering topics such as vulnerabilities, network, endpoint, threat intelligence, forensics and malware reverse engineering, etc. Periodic review and update false positive database knowledgebase and key security engineering documentation Collaborate work with related team to comply with Security SLAs and Compliances. Manage SLA tracking and reporting, Security Performance Reviews, and regular meetings Maintain, review update SOP Process documents RCA review and sign off problem management Lead the team to implement update maintain security components inventory Escalation management Work with engagement team to create support opportunities
