Take the first step to a fulfilling tech career as a software engineer at Accenture.

Grow and deepen your skills through learning and development opportunities to build your expertise in the ever-growing technology industry. You will receive professional training, mentorship, and career coaching to help empower and guide you in your career aspirations and decisions.

During your first year, you’ll experience 6 weeks of foundational training, followed by On-the-Job training. As you progress along to your second and third year, you’ll continue to learn and hone your technical skills. You’ll also be a part of this program if you are currently part of the SkillsFuture Work-Study Post-Diploma (WSPostDip) with us.

1. Application

Submit your application online together with your CV. Let us know why you want to join us, what you're into, your skills, and your achievements.

2. Online technical assessment

You will be given a series of problem-solving and coding challenges and will need to complete these tasks in your preferred programming language.

3. Virtual assessment day

Successful candidates will be invited to a virtual assessment day, which includes an assessment and interviews with our assessors.

My1stDegree study grant

Pursue and build a career in technology, all while getting your first degree. My1stDegree Study Grant allows you to gain valuable work experience at Accenture while undertaking your degree studies.

Part-time study: You will be able to continue to work full-time with Accenture while under the program

Full-time study: You will be granted a leave of absence (max. of 3 years) to pursue your degree, after a year of working with Accenture
