About the Role

As a Senior Manager within Accenture's Talent Reinvention Partner practice, you will help C-suite leaders and CHROs fundamentally reimagine how their workforce creates value in an AI-driven world. You will lead engagements that replace rigid, job-based models with task-level, skills-based approaches — deploying people and AI where they generate the most impact, while improving talent agility, workforce experience, productivity, and cost.

You will work directly with senior client stakeholders to answer the defining workforce questions of the moment: why AI investments aren't translating into productivity gains, how to build a workforce that adapts as fast as the business requires, and how to make smarter, data-driven decisions about talent deployment and cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as program lead for Talent & Workforce programs — covering strategic workforce planning, skills-based organization design, workforce analytics, and human + AI workforce transformation.

  • Advise C-suite and CHRO clients on replacing job-based models with task- and skills-level insights that align workforce capacity to evolving work and AI-driven business priorities.

  • Apply Accenture's proprietary Talent Navigator and workforce assets to enable continuous workforce planning, targeted talent mobility, and cost optimization as business needs shift.

  • Diagnose why AI and automation investments are not scaling or delivering expected productivity ROI — and design the workforce interventions required to close the gap.

  • Design and deliver workforce transformation roadmaps that structurally improve speed-to-productivity, retention, skills currency, and total workforce cost.

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, talent, HR technology, data, learning and change — translating complex workforce analytics into clear executive decisions.

  • Drive business development: identify opportunities, shape proposals, and build long-term client relationships that expand the practice's footprint across Southeast Asia.

  • Contribute to the development of the Talent & Workforce offering and capability — building IP, thought leadership, and team capability within the Talent Reinvention practice.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in workforce strategy, management consulting, or talent transformation — with a track record of leading complex, executive-level engagements.

  • Deep fluency in skills-based organization design, strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, or AI-driven workforce transformation.

  • Demonstrated ability to shape strategic decisions with C-suite and CHRO stakeholders, and to translate workforce data into business-level recommendations.

  • Strong commercial instincts: experience building pipelines, leading proposals, and growing client accounts in a consulting or professional services context.

  • Proven capability leading geographically distributed, cross-functional teams in ambiguous, fast-moving client environments.

  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills — comfortable presenting complex workforce findings in a way that drives decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI-enabled workforce platforms, skills intelligence tools, or HR technology ecosystems (including familiarity with tools like Talent Navigator or equivalent).

  • Exposure to Southeast Asian labor markets — understanding the talent dynamics, regulatory environment, and workforce culture across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and/or Indonesia.

  • Experience building or scaling a consulting offering, capability, or practice — including IP development and go-to-market positioning.

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in HR, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent) preferred.
