Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Lead with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in React to join our growing team. As a Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure delivery of intuitive and responsive user interfaces

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the front-end development team, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship
  • Build scalable, maintainable UI solutions using modern React patterns 
  • Translate business and UX requirements into clean, performant code 
  • Establish coding standards, best practices, and perform code reviews 
  • Mentor team members and provide technical guidance 
  • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability 
  • Collaborate closely with backend, UX, and DevOps teams 

Professional and Technical Skills

  • 5–8 years of frontend development experience with strong focus on React.js 
  • Deep expertise in React Hooks, functional components, and component design 
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript 
  • Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand, etc.) 
  • Solid understanding of SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR, and rendering optimization 
  • Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, DOM, responsive design, and accessibility (a11y) 
  • Experience with UI libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind, Bootstrap 
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and authentication 
  • Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Storybook 
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Agile practices, and DevOps workflows 
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring frontend teams 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills  
  • Ownership mindset with ability to work independently and cross-functionally 

Additional Information

  • The ideal candidate would possess Full-stack experience with expertise in modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and backend like Node.js
