Tech Product Management / Project Management Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology products and strategic initiatives, from discovery and planning through implementation and post-launch optimization.
- Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, design, and architecture teams to define product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and actionable product backlogs.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and recommend continuous improvements based on user feedback and data insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
- Support change management, user adoption, and product rollout activities.
- 5–8 years of experience in Technology Product Management, Technical Project Management, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise technology products, platforms, or digital solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong requirements gathering, backlog management, and prioritization capabilities.
- Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, APIs, and system integration concepts.
- Professional certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or PRINCE2.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or the Public Sector.
