The Role

You will lead the design and delivery of SAP Finance solutions, working closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities. You will manage cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end implementations while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance transformation programs, including planning, solution design, and execution
• Advise clients on SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling capabilities across areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Treasury
• Manage and mentor consulting teams, including offshore delivery teams, to ensure quality outcomes
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Contribute to business development activities including proposals, solutioning, and client presentations
• Build internal SAP Finance capability through knowledge sharing and team development

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SAP Finance, including S/4HANA Finance
• Experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP Finance implementations
• Strong functional knowledge across core Finance modules
• Experience in project or program management, including resource and delivery management
• Experience leading teams in a consulting or project-based environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting sales pursuits or proposal development
• Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders
