SAP Program/Project Management Consultant
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP transformation projects and programs across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, schedules, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and budget utilization, escalating concerns when required.
- Facilitate governance activities including project status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to align project objectives and delivery plans.
- Assist in developing project plans, implementation roadmaps, and change management activities.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and delivery frameworks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP project management, PMO, program management, or large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, project lifecycle management, and delivery governance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent.
- Experience in PMO governance, risk management, and financial tracking.
- Exposure to change management and business transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of project management tools and reporting platforms.
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
