Workforce Planning Lead
Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project
Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems.
This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support these activities. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Master proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required.
Master proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended.
Master proficiency in Business Model Strategy and Business Process Analysis Tools is suggested.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Develop detailed documentation to support process improvements and technology integration. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions effectively.
Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Master proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
Master proficiency in Business Process Design.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
Experience in Oracle Development
Experience in Workforce Planning Lead
Experience in Oracle EPM with Financial Planning
