Change Lead – People & HR Transformation
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the change vision and define the strategy for people and HR transformation enabled by AI
- Lead the design of change initiatives—including capabilities, structures, tools, and support models—to drive adoption across the organization
- Facilitate workshops, training, and engagement sessions to build awareness, skills, and readiness for new HR and AI‑enabled processes
- Monitor and measure change progress using data, insights, and change analytics, adjusting plans as needed
- Partner with HR, business, and technology teams to ensure alignment of people, process, and AI‑adoption activities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback loops, collaboration, and best-practice sharing across teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert in change management and journey management, guiding team decisions and resolving cross-team challenges
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Change Management, including change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning
- Strong experience in people transformation or HR transformation programs
- Knowledge of AI‑enabled HR processes, new digital ways of working, or technology adoption programs
- Advanced proficiency in Journey Management, Organizational Strategy, and Change Analytics
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive decision-making
- Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience providing direction to teams and delivering solutions that span multiple workstreams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise HR transformation or HR technology implementation
- Familiarity with AI-enabled HR tools (e.g., talent intelligence, automation, predictive analytics)
- Background in consulting or large-scale organizational change programs
- Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
