AI/ML Technology Architecture Associate Manager
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Define end‑to‑end AI solution architectures across data ingestion, model development, orchestration, and deployment
- Lead technical design for machine learning, generative AI, NLP, and automation use cases
- Partner with business, product, engineering, and data teams to translate requirements into scalable architectures
- Provide oversight across model integration, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and security design
- Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and frameworks to recommend best‑fit solutions for client environments
- Guide implementation teams and ensure alignment with architectural standards and delivery best practices
- Support AI governance, risk management, model monitoring, and compliance frameworks
- Drive innovation by identifying new AI capabilities, experimentation opportunities, and technical accelerators

Required Qualifications
- Experience in AI, data, or solution architecture, including designing enterprise‑scale AI systems
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and/or generative AI solution design
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Solid understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring practices
- Ability to translate business goals into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and guiding technical delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI into AML, risk, or compliance systems [Assumed Optional]
- Familiarity with vector databases, LLMOps, and retrieval‑augmented generation architectures
- Architecture certification (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect)
- • Experience with responsible AI frameworks, governance, or model risk management
