We are excited to introduce our: IT Project/Service coordinator intern position 

 

This role is designed for freshers in the IT industry. If you’re a graduated student, a recent graduate, or transitioning into a tech career, this program will equip you with the essential skills, knowledge, and mindset to excel in coordinating IT projects and managing client relationships for global organizations. 

 

The selected candidates will take part as an intern in the Accenture Viet Nam Academy Program.  

Our Academy program is designed to nurture and develop the next generation of leaders by providing recent graduates with the skills and experience needed to excel in their careers. 

 

This internship opens to following positions: Project Coordinator, Service Controller or similar roles.  

During the internship program, you will have the opportunity to:   

+ Hands-on experience:   

  • Learn how to manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations in Global IT environment 
  • Assist in the project and service delivery through planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and services under the guidance of experienced managers.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain insight into international standards. 

+ Industry-Relevant Training: Gain expertise in ITSM Tool (SNOW) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, ITIL). 

+ Certification Opportunities: Opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cloud Digital Leader, SNOW…). 

 

+ Soft-skills Development: Enhance communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills for a global workplace 

 

+ Career Pathways: Explore roles such as, Project Coordinator, Service Controller, Business Analyst… 

+ Paid Training Allowance: Receive support while you build your skills and kickstart your career. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

  • New graduates in University, major in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Business Management or equivalent 

  • Basic knowledge/strong interest in project and service management principles and methodologies. 

  • Good communication in English. 

  • Self-motivated, committed and confident. 

  • Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 

  • Vietnamese candidate only.
