SAP Project Manager (Japanese speaking)
Role Summary
Serve as the primary bridge between the global SAP S/4HANA program team and the Vietnam site, ensuring all Vietnam activities align with global design, standards, timelines, and deployment methodology.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global–Local Coordination
- Represent Vietnam in global meetings across design, testing, data migration, integration, and deployment.
- Translate global program decisions into clear guidance and action plans for Vietnam teams.
2. Fit‑to‑Template & Localization
- Lead Vietnam’s fit‑gap process and promote adoption of the global template.
- Escalate only essential regulatory or local operational requirements.
3. Testing & Data Migration Support
- Coordinate Vietnam involvement in global SIT and lead local UAT preparation and execution.
- Support Vietnam SMEs in meeting data migration requirements through multiple mock cycles.
4. Cutover & Hypercare Readiness
- Prepare Vietnam’s cutover tasks, downtime communication, and operational readiness.
- Facilitate effective hyper care support between global teams and Vietnam end users.
5. Change Management & Training
- Localize global OCM and training plans for Vietnam.
- Ensure key users and end users are adequately trained and ready for go‑live.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience working in SAP programs, with a proven track record in global SAP rollout projects.
- Strong background in global–local coordination and cross-functional delivery.
- Fluent in Vietnamese, English, and Japanese.
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, Agile + Waterfall delivery, UAT, data migration, and cutover processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
