The Role
Application Developer (Java & JIRA)
Home Country: Singapore
Work location & Arrangement: Flexible
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for developing customer portal using Jira Service Desk as platform to submit job request and tracking job request.
Engage and gather requirement for Customer Portal.
Integrate security controls such as 2FA into Customer Portal.
Qualifications
Critical Success Factors
Mandatory
Experience in java and able to configure JIRA service desk for use as customer portal
Able to write scripts in Java and Python
Able to build effective UI with minimal click and esthetically appealing
Good to have
Familiar with JIRA and Elastic ELK
