Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. The role requires continuous collaboration with team members to refine and enhance application components, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements. The work environment encourages the use of contemporary development methodologies and frameworks to build scalable and efficient software. Daily activities include problem-solving, iterative development, and contributing to the overall improvement of software performance and user experience within a dynamic and agile setting.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously update technical skills and stay informed about industry trends to enhance solution quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and detailed scheduling within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Experience in customizing and extending SAP S/4HANA modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and optimize workflows for improved efficiency.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data exchange between SAP components and external systems.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and deploying software solutions in an agile development environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
