Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves ensuring the quality of solutions by carefully executing tests aligned with defined requirements and user stories. This role includes designing detailed test cases, identifying and documenting any discrepancies or defects, and working closely with various delivery teams. The objective is to contribute to the release of reliable and user-ready products by maintaining a thorough and methodical approach to testing activities throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their testing skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards and expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Retail Store Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning.
- Strong ability to design and execute manual test cases based on detailed requirements and user stories.
- Experience in defect identification, documentation, and tracking to support quality assurance.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Familiarity with quality assurance best practices and methodologies in retail environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Retail Store Operations.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
