Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for owning the design and evolution of packaged or Software as a Service solutions. Your typical day will involve overseeing the configuration, integrations, and releases of these solutions, ensuring that they meet the required standards for stability and performance while aligning with both business and vendor constraints. You will engage with various teams to facilitate collaboration and ensure that the solutions developed are effective and efficient, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Design.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements effectively.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
