Salesforce Business Analyst

- Develop and implement business solutions by leveraging industry, function, and business expertise.
- Deliver functional and application designs that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure that solutions accurately represent both current and future business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business needs.
- Analyze and document business processes to support solution development.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
The Business Analyst shall have at least a Diploma, with at least three (3) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
- The Business Analyst shall be a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
- The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System.
- The Business Analyst shall be a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).

- Beginner proficiency in Salesforce Configuration.
- Intermediate proficiency in process improvement.
- Intermediate proficiency in stakeholder communication.
- Beginner proficiency in data analysis.
