Oracle SaaS Security & Authorization Lead
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate client workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, define access models, and align security decisions with business and compliance expectations
• Define and govern the authorization framework, including role-based access control (RBAC), role taxonomy, and data security principles
• Design and implement job roles, duty roles, abstract roles, data roles, and data security policies aligned to organizational structures and regulatory requirements
• Establish and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflict matrices, remediation strategies, and audit-ready controls
• Configure and manage Oracle HCM Cloud security using the Security Console, including role hierarchies and data security rules
• Lead security validation, testing, and defect resolution activities across SIT, UAT, and post-go-live phases
• Own and maintain security documentation, including Security Design Documents, role catalogues, access matrices, and traceability artefacts
• Govern user access provisioning processes across the Joiner–Mover–Leaver lifecycle, periodic access reviews, and audit support
• Mentor and manage security team members, providing technical guidance, quality assurance, and delivery oversight
Required Qualifications
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM security architecture, including RBAC, job roles, duty roles, abstract roles, data roles, and the Security Console
• Strong functional knowledge across Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Workforce Management, Talent, and Recruiting
• Proven experience designing and governing data security policies, including person, payroll, and legislative data security
• Demonstrated capability in managing SoD risks, access remediation, and audit interactions
• Experience leading workshops, managing senior stakeholders, and producing high-quality security documentation
• Strong collaboration, communication, and team leadership skills in a consulting or delivery environment
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
• Prior experience supporting post-go-live transition or managed services handover
