Program and Project Management Specialist

Operating through a global network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centers, Global Operations supports clients and internal programs across industries by combining standardized processes, deep functional expertise, and technology‑enabled delivery.
It serves as a strategic hub for supporting regional programs and initiatives with a strong focus on execution, governance, and continuous improvement. The Work
The Program and Project Management Specialist support the delivery of large-scale social impact and community‑focused initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective program execution, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder coordination across internal teams and external partners.
The successful candidate will contribute to program operations, governance, reporting, and communications, helping drive measurable outcomes across priority areas such as digital responsibility, online safety, cybersecurity awareness, economic advancement, and social inclusion.
What you will do
Program & Operations Management
Provide end‑to‑end coordination and operational support for programs and initiatives across APAC
Support program and grant leads in managing workflows, timelines, documentation, and approvals
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support due diligence, monitoring, and ongoing program governance
Track, measure, and evaluate key performance indicators and success metrics to assess program impact
Prepare presentation decks, reports, and supporting materials for leadership reviews and stakeholder engagements
Provide administrative support related to budget tracking, contracting processes, and operational documentation
Social Impact & Stakeholder Engagement
Support initiatives focused on underserved and marginalized communities, including areas such as digital responsibility (e.g., misinformation, online safety, cybersecurity)
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth program execution and aligned communications
Support continuous improvement of program infrastructure, tools, and operational processes
Marketing & Communications Support
Develop and maintain a portfolio of APAC program or participant case studies
Support content creation for newsletters, email communications, presentations, and other program‑related materials
Contribute to storytelling and communications efforts that highlight program objectives, progress, and impact
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Relevant experience in program management, project management, operations, strategy consulting, or philanthropy
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, or community‑based initiatives, particularly in economic advancement and/or digital responsibility
Lived experience or professional exposure to socially and economically marginalized communities
Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and error‑free emails, documents, and presentations
Strong project and program management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrates humility and a community‑centered mindset, with a strong commitment to collaboration and listening
Strong storytelling capabilities, with the ability to translate program outcomes into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
