Responsibilities: - Reviewing legal documentation (in English and Chinese) according to client's guidelines and policies within agreed timelines and quality standards. - Providing suggestions to improve the process and work of the team. - Maintains policy/process knowledge by staying updated with changes, reviewing existing materials and getting updates and trainings from QTP team members, providing feedback to changes and materials - Collaborates with Policy, Quality, Changes and Operations and participate in improvement programs and activities, as required. -`Strong analytical skills and legal background, including legal translations. - Ability to work at pace; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; attention to details. - Excellent written and communication skills in English and Chinese. - Proficient in English communication.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior internship or work experience in legal operations, document review, legal translation, content moderation, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to review legal documentation in both languages.
  • Basic understanding of legal terminology, legal documentation, and translation accuracy.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to apply client guidelines and policies consistently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and team-oriented environment while meeting quality and turnaround expectations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to process or policy changes.
  • Demonstrated ability to take feedback positively and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
