How I put change in motion

Change is a way of being, and I try to live it both professionally and personally. For me, change is definitory and during my years in Accenture I had numerous opportunities to embark on new journeys, which challenged, developed, and shaped me into the human I am today.

 

I have a portfolio with over 400 people who have multiple clients and I put change in motion by client feedback and change of behaviors, which are two of the most crucial factors for ensuring a smooth relation with our clients. Together with my team, we have managed to bring a new vibe into our client interaction, which led us to a new and improved relationship, smooth running processes and better results.

A day in my life

My day starts early in the morning by multitasking mother duties, e-mail readings and lots of coffee. Most of my days involves meetings and calls and as much as I enjoy it, constantly talking to people and keeping up with different subjects can be sometimes tiring, which is why I constantly try to keep myself motivated. I combine operational work with different projects and initiatives that are close to my heart and feed my creative side – I am a Brand Ambassador; a Mental Health Ally and I also deliver various internal trainings.

My advice

Start working on yourself, both personally and professionally, rather than being a spectator of your life. It’s your responsibility to become what you aspire to be and stop waiting for others to bring change into your life.
