Role responsibilities:

Assess capabilities and culture of the HR organization and identify gaps to successfully implement HR strategy. Monitor the implementation of the overall HR strategy and report progress to leadership. Support development and application of guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies. Monitor overall effectiveness of HR programs and services through key talent metrics.
Formulate talent strategy aligned to the business and overall HR strategy. Define requirements to shape HR strategy, programs, processes and services to fulfill business needs.
Qualifications
Role requirements:
- Strong change management skills and understanding of how to influence and activate behavioural and cultural change.
- Strong project management and organization, and experience working in a projectized way to deliver solutions professionally and to a deadline, whilst adhering to business values and strategy.
- Strong communication skills, including stakeholder management – specifically the ability to influence and collaborate to achieve outcomes, including at senior levels.
- Ability to pull insights from data and translate into proposed actions and data storytelling.
- A burning curiosity and hunger to learn, and the ability to pick things up at pace.
- Fluency in English and in French
