HR Generalist with French

  • The HR Administration of employes, interns and apprentice employed at Accenture France,
  • The coordination of HR processes,
  • And the participation in cross-functional HR projects. 

Location of your role is Romania. You will be part of a team made up of colleagues based in France and Romania.  You will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way. 

You will oversee HR Administration of a pool of employee, interns and apprentices. Your role consisting in this:

  • Manage entry and departure formalities,
  • Update data in HR systems (local and global systems),
  • Transmit data to Payroll,
  • Prepare letters and addendums,
  • Monitor part-time work,
  • Update sick leave and maternity leave in our HR system,
  • Manage the monthly internal controls for your pool of employees, interns and apprentices,
  • Backup colleagues during vacation or short periods of illness.

Also, you will be Coordinator for one or several HR Processes linked to HR Administration:

As such, you should develop a good knowledge of the HR processes you will oversee, making sure they are executed correctly, adapting them when necessary. You will be the main “Point of Contact (POC)” to answer to the question coming for HR teams (local or global) related to these processes.

And you will participation in cross-functional projects:

According to the period of the year and the priorities of the company, you will participate in projects (French or international) where your expertise on HR Administration will be required (projects of acquisition, implementation of HR tools ...).

Qualifications

Qualifications - Skills that make your work successful: 

  • You have a good level of French (reading, writing, speaking),
  • Experience in HR area,
  • You are a good communicator and a team-player,
  • You can solve urgent matters,
  • You are interested in HR technologies and automation,
  • You are rigorous, organized, reliable, agile and proactive,
  • You know MS tools (Teams, sharepoints),
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel (pivot table, vlookup) and Word (mailing function),
  • The knowledge of Workday is an advantage.
