How Will You Make an Impact

Working in Accenture Industry X exposes you to cutting-edge technologies and provides you with various skills and expertise in digital transformation. You will have to:

  • support coordination
  • evaluate of fulfilment of Client Standards, IT Governance and SOPs
  • perform periodic test of backup and recovery in alignment with Infrastructure and Database team
  • provide information about license usage and required additional / reduction of licenses
  • perform regular quality reviews and periodic review of Computer System (Tickets, CPU usage status, Unused Account status, documentation, user accounts, generic accounts, …) in alignment with client responsible and filing the proper review documentation
  • ensure that system documentation incl. SLC documentation and user manuals is complete and up-to-date in regular Periodic reviews CMDB review and update to show always latest status CI
  • Track configuration items and assets accurately
  • ensure that the CMDB and CAPRY is correct and up to date in alignment with BI responsible
  • assess and manage IT Risks of the In-Scope Computer System
  • manage the DRT testing, filing the test plans, conducting them and filing the reports in alignment with BI
  • Implement and manage steady state support
  • manage system lifecycle of Computer System from initiation to decommission
  • ensure backup person for System Lead is designated and available when required
  • communicate and align with BI stakeholders of Computer System (Service Owners, BI Personnel), BI Business and client Functional Domain for consulting, as well as Third Parties
  • ensure latest security patches / updates to prevent Technical Vulnerability
  • recommend optimization of Computer System (e.g. performance)
  • coordinate open tickets with other support teams to ensure fast resolution
  • review and plan of improvements for IT Service Continuity Management in alignment with Client.
  • provide consulting related to decommissioning approach (e.g. Archival requirements, Archival approach)
  • ensure adherence to decommission standards in collaboration with responsible client functions
  • update system documentation / SLC documentation (e.g. CMDB)
  • execute Consulting Request if requested by BI stakeholder or based on specific definitions in support handbook / specific support description
  • create reports as defined in Framework Agreement / this SOW / support handbook
  • provide reports on agreed SLAs and overall status of services
  • generate periodic review, organization, purpose, units and user reports Support Documentation / Training
  • ensure that system documentation incl. SLC documentation and user manuals is complete and up-to-date in regular Periodic reviews (For GxP: Periodic System Review), Regular review of system documentation / SLC documentation incl. user manuals if it is up-to-date
  • update support related documentation e.g. Support handbook
  • create / improve Knowledge articles accordingly
  • ensure appropriate Change request handling incl. Change evaluation


What you need to succeed

  • 3-4 Years professional experience (for the ramp-up and later key roles)
  • English (B2 or better), German, B2 or better.
  • Strong communication skills (Communicating directly with the customer and various stakeholders from customer company)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Interested in working in a very big team located in various countries
  • Nice to have: Experience in MES (manufacturing execution systems)
  • Agile Mindset, Previous project management support/assistance experience
  • Experience in risk management (methods, processes)
  • Experience in various ticketing systems or Jira, confluence is an advantage.
  • Experience with SQL database and Linux is a must.
