Europe Market Environment Lead

Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinates market-wide local implementation of environmental initiatives (e.g. to implement innovation or change)
- Including supporting Market Unit leads with integration activities for all subsidiaries and acquisitions
- Oversees market-level operational project initiatives on environment which do not have a market-unit specific delivery element
- Bubbles up globally relevant environmental requirements (e.g. legal and internal policy) identified within market units
- Facilitates cross-Market Unit collaboration opportunities (e.g. ISO14001 internal audit sharing, measurement data review and reporting coaching)
- Leads consolidation, verification and reporting of environmental data from the market unit to global Data teams
- Including oversight and support of internal controls over measurement activities
- Ensures alignment of local delivery to global goals and globally directed processes, policy, and technology
- Supports the career development of Market Unit and Country Environment personnel
