Efficient, optimized, and effective: Our HR processes, from new hires to leaves of absence, will soon converge in your hands, as you will be responsible for all local processes and tool activities in this context.
To this end, you will design, optimize and harmonize the processes to ensure that they run smoothly. In parallel, you ensure high data quality.
You act as a knowledge champion for certain processes with a focus on the integration of our new employees, are in intensive exchange with the offshore centers as well as various HR teams and are happy to pass on your extensive knowledge.
Of course, this will make you an important point of contact for many relevant stakeholders, whom you will be happy to help and answer questions at any time. This also includes the preparation of data and reporting.
Since there is plenty of room for maneuver in your broad area of responsibility, you will also drive specific ad hoc projects forward.
