V&A Recruiting Analyst with German

Job Description

The Recruiting Ventures & Acquisitions/Outsourcing Analyst provides functional subject matter expertise and support for the execution of post-acquisition integration of Accenture's ventures & acquisitions and outsourcing transactions in ASG.

Key activities include:

  • Support acquired Recruiting teams and various involved ACN V&A/Outsourcing teams to implement Recruiting integration plan and be part of the execution:

  • Support in the analysis of existing Recruiting processes and support solutioning for future processes in the ACN landscape

  • Support in the documentation of the relevant process flows for  Recruiting non-standard processes

  • Support implementation of workarounds to Recruiting standard-processes

  • Support preparation, conducting and follow-up of workshops

  • Support set-up and preparation of systems, recruiting and onboarding processes

  • Support development of training concepts for acquired Recruiting teams, enable them to conduct non-standard approaches

  • Support harmonization of acquired Recruiting Programs like apprenticeships, dual study or trainee programs

  • Maintain V&A Playbook, stay informed & keep topics current

Interaction 

  • Recruiting Delivery, HR Partner, V&A Deal Execution HR Lead, V&A CAHRL, Mobilization Team, Country HR and Recruiting Lead, HR Shared Services, People Mobility, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT

Qualifications

  • Employee should hold a degree in Business Administration, or equivalent degree

  • Understanding of Recruiting, Sourcing and Onboarding processes

  • Analytical skills to be able to deep dive and structure complex Recruiting topics

  • Strong oral and written communication in English, German language skills are desired and an additional plus

  • Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel

  • Demonstrate ability to act in diverse environments, markets and cultures

  • Flexibility and stress resistance, comfortable in dealing with uncertainty, strong solution-oriented client focus

  • Experience with navigating complex matrix management organizations

  • Experience in working within multifunctional teams involving various (HR/ Recruiting) departments
