We are building a new talent acquisition team that will be the heart of our organization supporting recruitment across Europe. Our future openings will be targeting a range of different roles, encompassing skillsets across Recruitment and Sourcing. In particular we are looking for Applicant Sourcers to strengthen our team!
Applicant Sourcers bolster our team by identifying and pre-qualifying candidates who apply to our roles across Europe. They are the first point of contact for candidates actively seeking a role with us and thus play a vital role in the recruitment life cycle.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Able to work successfully with both pace and accuracy to deliver pre-qualified talent pipelines for a range of roles
Builds effective relationships with candidate, stakeholders and colleagues
Ideally familiar with sourcing tools, HR and candidate management systems
Experience sourcing or screening talent would be highly advantageous
Experience with MS Excel and PPT
Growth mindset and proactively committed to continuous learning
Fluency in English and German

Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
Posting adverts and managing advert response, monitoring success of advert and working with leads to suggest and make changes where required
Reviewing and screening applications to ensure steady pipeline of pre-qualified talent suitable for the role is provided to Recruitment colleagues
Ability to direct source passive candidates to supplement pipelines (where required) and ensure quality shortlists presented
Proactively engages with sourcing colleagues where specialised strategic sourcing or talent prioritisation is required
Ensure excellent candidate experience through rapport building, timely and meaningful communication
Is a skilled interviewer, able to understand and represent candidate skills and motivations to influence outcomes and act as a talent advocate
